These Terms and Conditions were created by to show our valued customers that we are truly committed to helping you get the best deals on Mercedes Benz parts anywhere. We have gone to great lengths to make our Terms and Conditions as straightforward as possible by showing how ships items and processes returns. Here is also where you can find out how to contact us with any questions you may have regarding an order or an item.

Delivery Time

Most orders process within twenty-four to forty-eight hours at which time your item(s) will be shipped. Once item(s) ship, transit time is generally 3 to 5 business days. Special order items may take longer for processing and in certain instances it may take a few weeks to obtain an item from the manufacturer, in which case you will be notified.

Upon shipment you will receive an email including pertinent carrier information. To provide the best possible service, maintains a relationship with several carriers including: UPS, Airborne Express, and United States Postal Service.

Your credit card will not be charged prior to an item shipping unless it is for a special order or fabricated custom item. If is unable to deliver any item in a reasonable amount of time, your card will be credited for any product not en-route. Payment Methods accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

Handling Fee

Due to the variations in packaging materials, size & weight of obscure items, the initial location of certain items and the purchased item destination; shipping prices may fluctuate up to 6.5% to accommodate these conditions. However, we will never overcharge or unnecessarily charge you for services that aren't needed or warranted.

Our Guarantee

Every retail item sold is covered by the 14-Day Guarantee. If a customer is unsatisfied with a purchase for any reason, it can be returned within 14 days of receipt. All products returned must be in new condition, in original packaging and are subject to the Return Policy listed below. After the 14-day period, please contact customer service for further instructions.

Return Policy

  1. All returns / exchanges must be communicated to the sales representative, by phone only, within 7 days of delivery for return merchandise authorization. Returns without an RMA number and authorization by will be not accepted and delivery will be refused.
  2. No returns will be accepted after 14 days from delivery date. ALL returns will be subject to a service charge of 25% restocking fee. Special order items are not returnable and/or are subject to 35% restocking fee under our discretion.
  3. Original shipping costs to the customer and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. All returns must be accompanied by order ID number or RMA number.
  5. REFUSED SHIPMENTS: Any customer who refused delivery of an order will be required to pay the original shipping charges, the additional return freight charges and a 25% restocking fee. (35% on special order items) These charges must be paid in full before any future orders will be shipped.
  6. reserves the right to reject returns on non-defective products. Returns will be handled on a case by case basis.
  7. If items are not inspected, authorized and documented as damaged upon delivery, those items are not eligible for return.

Refused Shipments

Any customer who refused delivery of an order will be required to pay the original shipping charges, the additional return freight charges, and a 25% restocking fee / 35% on special order. These charges must be paid in full before any future orders will be shipped.

Damaged Shipments

If a shipped order arrives with obvious damage, customer can refuse to accept it and the shipping company will return the merchandise to Upon receipt of the returned damage order, will ship a replacement order at no cost to the customer. If the damage is discovered after delivery has been accepted, customer is to call the shipper and file a damage claim. The shipper is responsible for reimbursement payment for damaged goods. Body parts ship unpainted in raw form and modifications may be necessary to assure proper fit. Minor scratches, pitting and cracks are common and disappear after cutting, filling, sanding and finish work. Professional installation is recommended.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact a customer service representative immediately (Monday - Friday 7AM to 3PM PST) at 952-353-5163. Orders cannot be canceled by email or voice mail. If an order is canceled before it has shipped but after the credit card has been charged, a 10% order processing fee will be assessed. Orders canceled prior to credit card charging are not subject to this fee. See Merchandise Return above before returning an item after it has shipped.

Please Note: Special order items can not be cancelled.

Order Error

If merchandise not ordered has been received, please e-mail, fax or phone with complete details. will investigate this and work with you to appropriately resolve the situation.

Clearance Items

All sales are final on clearance and liquidation items.

Partial Shipments

To expedite arrival of products to the customer, reserves the right to divide orders into separate shipments based on product availability. In cases where a portion of an order's items are shipped separately, the customer will not be responsible for any additional shipping fee.
